Online Safety Awareness Seminar for Parents:
Children and families are at risk. The
proliferation of the Internet has had one unfortunate
consequence. A dark and seedy side of this very powerful
communication tool has reared it's ugly head in the form
of Internet predators. Designed for parents and educators,
Teens 'N' Technology: What You Don't Know Can
Hurt Them, is based on research and data provided
from the National Association of Missing and Exploited
Children in association with Netsmartz.org. This exciting
and educational event is facilitated by a technology consultant
with over 20 years experience and more importantly, a
fellow parent. The goal of T'N'T Seminars is to provide
tools and resources that will aid in the battle against
Internet predators and promote online safety for children
and parents.
